Terms and Conditions of Use


We are very pleased that you have selected us to meet your digital photography needs.

1. If you are unsatisfied with your order
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order you have the option of returning the order with the order number, and an explanation in regards to why you are unsatisfied with your order. If the quality issue is caused through our production we will be glad to reprint your order and correct any issues. The return must be done within 14 days from the time you receive the order back; Otherwise the aforementioned does not apply.

Please also take note of point 2, often the print quality is impacted by the quality of the images loaded into the orders, please use the quality indicator when preparing your order to ensure the resolution is sufficient. We will not reprint orders free of charge due to poor quality image files.

2. We print orders as they are
Meaning, we will process the order according to how it was received and will make no adjustments to the order so please make sure you use the quality indicator when preparing your order to ensure your image quality is suitable for your order

3. If you choose to pick up from one of our dealers
You will receive an e-mail advising when the order has been shipped and when it will arrive at the dealer.

4. We will not be liable for the content of any submission
We process orders as they are received.

5. We will not be held liable for damages caused by shipping
We package our orders appropriately so there should be no issue concerning the packaging itself.

6. We are not responsible for any materials submitted by the customer that may bring about any liability under applicable law
Any material that may violate privacy, publicity, or copyrights without the permission of the owner and those parties within the pictures are prohibited. We guarantee that the rights of the customers and images submitted are used solely for the processing of their order.

7. We use third party software to upload your order to us
In order to download the software you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions of that software.

8. Disclosure of your information
We will only disclose personal information if requested so by law and we believe that it is necessary to abide by the rule in regard to a court order or legal processing being conducted on our website. In any other case, we will guard customer information to the best of our ability using the SSL encryption software.
